Child Art and its revelations

Children's art can be evocative and refreshingly naive.

It invariably tells a story, not only a literal story but of the child's own underlying story which can be depicted by the size, vibrancy, colours, theme and the type of energy expressed in the art works they've created. This can reveal a child's state of mind as to whether the creation is cheerful and ordered or chaotic and suffused with fear or anger. Children are transparent and it is generally easy to 'read' them through their art.
